Install the Elgato Capture software, then in OBS add a Video Capture Device and select your Elgato card. Ensure it's set to the correct resolution and frame rate (e.g., 1080p60).

In OBS, adjust the audio offset under Advanced Audio Properties. You can also enable 'Use buffering' and set a custom buffer. Ensure your drivers are up to date.

Consider your source: for PS5 or Xbox Series X, the HD60 X supports 4K pass-through with 1080p60 capture. For older consoles, the HD60 S+ is sufficient. For PC gameplay, you may only need a software capture.
