The Elgato Light Strip comes with adhesive backing for easy mounting on flat surfaces. However, if you're concerned about damage when removing it, consider these tips: the adhesive is strong but can be removed carefully. If you need to reposition, use a hairdryer to gently heat the adhesive and peel slowly. To avoid residue, test on a small area first. For non-permanent installation, you can use removable adhesive strips or mounting clips. When removing, clean any residue with isopropyl alcohol or a mild adhesive remover.
