Use Corsair iCUE software. Open iCUE, select your mouse, and adjust the DPI steps under the 'DPI' or 'Performance' tab. You can also use the on-the-fly DPI button if your mouse has one.

High DPI settings are useful for high-resolution monitors and extremely fast flick shots, but most players stay between 400-1600 DPI. It allows greater precision when moving the cursor across large displays.

Clean the sensor with a dry cloth, ensure the mouse surface is suitable, and update the mouse firmware. Try resetting the mouse to default settings. If using a mousepad, check that it’s not worn out.
