The hardware is excellent. The picture is sharp and the pass-through is seamless. But the Elgato software can be a bit slow to start and sometimes glitchy. I use OBS anyway, so it's fine. Overall, good buy.

The card worked for a week, then my PC stopped recognizing it. I tried different cables, ports, and reinstalling drivers, nothing helped. I'm returning it. Disappointed.

The capture quality is superb and the VRR support is great. But the included USB-C cable is only about 1 meter long, which is too short for my desk setup. I had to buy a longer cable. Everything else is excellent.
I use this to stream my Switch and it works perfectly with the 4K pass-through. The video looks crisp and the audio sync is perfect. Easy setup. Very happy.

The capture quality is stunning and the latency is non-existent. I just wish the passthrough supported 4K120 on my PS5 without needing to enable VRR. It works, but you have to set it up correctly. Slight learning curve.
It took me a while to get it to work properly. The software has a bug where the preview sometimes stays black. A restart fixed it. Once it works, it's excellent. But I was hoping for a smoother experience.
