Plugable 140W USB-C GaN Power Adapter (PS-EPR-140WC1) – PD 3.1

I use this to charge my 16-inch MacBook Pro. It charges it surprisingly fast – even faster than the Apple brick. It's also compact and light, so it's perfect for travel. The GaN technology must be why it stays cool. I've had no issues. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic charger. It can power my MacBook Pro, iPad, and phone at the same time with no lag. The foldable prongs are handy, and the included cable is nice. It's a bit pricey but much cheaper than Apple's 140W. Great value.
