Works great, but be sure your desk is at least 1.5 inches thick. Mine was just enough. The screws are strong and it looks clean. Took a few minutes to install.
It does the job, but the screws were a bit short for my thicker desk. I had to use different screws. Also, the flange is not completely flat, so there's a slight gap. Acceptable but not perfect.
I'm using this with my Wave Mic Arm and it's perfect. The plate is well-made and the flush look is great. No more clamp taking up space. Highly recommend.
My desk has a metal frame under the wood, so I couldn't drill through. The product is fine, but make sure you have a pure wood desk. Disappointed.
The flange mount keeps my mic arm steady and looks like it was meant to be there. The installation was easy, but I wish it came with a template for drilling. Still, a great product.
